Privacy Policy
Welcome to the ATHgrid Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information we process, how it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Adam Wojnowski, based in Elland, GB.
2. What Data Do We Process and Why?
Transparency is key to us. Below, we explain what data is processed and where.
A) Data Processed Locally by the ATHgrid – Multi Trading Bot Software
Our trading bot operates entirely locally on your computer. All operational data, such as configuration files, activity logs, transaction history, or information about open positions, is saved exclusively on your hard drive. We do not have access to it, we do not transfer it to our servers, and we do not analyze it in any way. You have full control over it.
B) Data Collected for License and Account Management
To enable you to use the software and to verify your license, we collect and store the following data:
- Email address: Used to create an account, communicate with you regarding your license, and verify your identity.
- Hardware ID (Computer ID): We collect a unique identifier for your computer to associate the purchased license with a specific device. This is necessary to activate the software and prevent unauthorized use of the license.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal data (email address, Computer ID) based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which means that its processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party (purchase and activation of the software license).
4. Data and API Key Security
The API keys you enter in the bot’s configuration are stored locally on your computer and are used solely for communication with the Binance exchange. They are never sent to our servers.
For maximum security, we recommend configuring API keys with the minimum required permissions: only “Enable Reading” and “Enable Spot & Margin Trading,” without enabling “Enable Withdrawals.” Responsibility for the security of your exchange account (strong password, two-factor authentication – 2FA) rests with you.
5. User Rights
In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data.
- The right to rectify (correct) your data.
- The right to erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”).
- The right to restrict the processing of your data.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, please contact us.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
7. Contact and Questions
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this privacy policy, please contact us at: support@athgrid.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
